These are the terms for my personal use commissions! Please read them so you know what to expect. Personal use is different from commercial use. For commercial use commissions, please send me an email. It's the best way to make sure I see your message.THE BASICS:

Terms of Service
By purchasing or using a service or illustration from MonsterPiercer, you, the client, confirm to have read and agreed to these terms of service (“terms”).
The client is NOT permitted to use ANY illustration created by MonsterPiercer to create, mint, trade, or sell NFTs in any variation. MonsterPiercer does not condone the use of their work for the minting or sales of non-fungible tokens. MonsterPiercer does not condone the exchange of their work for cryptocurrency. Any non-fungible tokens of MonsterPiercer illustrations are unauthorized. No illustrations created by MonsterPiercer may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space in any variation. DO NOT commission an illustration from MonsterPiercer for these purposes.
The client is not permitted to use any illustrations made by MonsterPiercer to generate AI artwork. MonsterPiercer does not condone or agree to the use of their work in AI learning technology or generation.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in a permanent ban from the use or purchase of illustrations and may result in legal action. MonsterPiercer reserves the right to decline any commissions and revise the terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
MonsterPiercer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or loss incurred by the client or a third party under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not the damages or loss were foreseeable and whether or not the client was advised of the possibility of such damages or loss.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless commercial use is specified by the client and agreed upon by both the client and MonsterPiercer, MonsterPiercer illustrations may not be copied, modified, or reproduced in all or any part.
All illustrations commissioned by a client from MonsterPiercer are allowed personal use. Personal use includes sharing the illustration in forums or private messages, using as headers or icons on social media websites, and saving the illustrations onto electronic devices. Personal commissions are not for commercial use.
If commercial use is agreed upon by the client and MonsterPiercer, the client may publicly reupload or rebroadcast the purchased illustrations.
The sale of merchandise, files, prints, or software including paid for digital illustrations must be discussed prior to the purchase of the commission.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment for a commission must be made upfront, in full, in USD via PayPal. The commissioned illustration will not begin production until full payment is received.
All commission prices are base prices and are subject to change based upon complexity, time consumed, and resources consumed by an order. Any price changes will be discussed with the client before charged.
The client is allowed to request a full refund at any time before MonsterPiercer begins creating the paid illustration or commission. The client will be guided through the illustration process and notified throughout these steps: sketching, lining, flat colors, and shading process. A refund requested after a sketch has already been provided will be granted 50% of the total payment back to the client. Refunds requested after the lining phase has begun may be granted a lower percentage based on the complexity of the design and how much work has already been completed.
Please have a form of communication accessible such as email, messaging app, or social media.

My favorite art to draw and look at is game art, book illustrations, manga, and pin-ups.
